What are millets and why does earthiva use them? +
Millets are ancient Indian grains that have been part of our food culture for over thousands of years. Millet is one of the most nutritious — naturally high in fibre, protein and essential minerals.
Are your products really baked and not fried? +
Absolutely! Every single earthiva snack is baked — never fried. This means significantly less oil, fewer calories and the same satisfying crunch you love.
Do your products contain maida or refined flour? +
No! We use absolutely no maida or refined grains in any of our products. All our snacks are made from whole millets keeping them as wholesome and natural as possible.
Are your products Non-GMO? +
Yes all our products are Non-GMO.
Do your products contain palm oil? +
No palm oil — ever! We use minimal Rice Bran Oil in our products. No palm oil, no hydrogenated oils, no trans fats.
What is the shelf life of your products? +
All earthiva products have a shelf life of 4 to 9 months from the date of manufacture. Please check the best before date printed on each pack.
Are your products suitable for kids? +
Yes! Our products are made with clean, natural ingredients — making them a much healthier snack option for kids compared to regular chips or namkeen.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major payment methods including:

Is Cash on Delivery available? +
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available on select pincodes across India. You can check COD availability at checkout by entering your delivery pincode.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? +
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately.
Is it safe to make payments on your website? +
Absolutely! Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through secure, RBI-approved payment gateways. We never store your card or payment details on our servers.
How long does delivery take? +
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- 📦 Standard delivery (Pan-India): 4-7 business days
- ⚡ Express delivery (select cities): 2-3 business days
Do you offer free shipping? +
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹599.
How can I track my order? +
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order in real time on our logistics partner's website.
Do you ship outside India? +
Currently we ship only within India. We are working on making Earthiva available internationally very soon — stay tuned! 🌾
What is your return policy? +
Since our products are consumable food items we accept returns only in these cases:
- ✅ Damaged or defective products
- ✅ Wrong item delivered
- ✅ Tampered packaging
We do not accept returns for:
- ❌ Change of mind
- ❌ Opened products
- ❌ Incorrect address provided by customer
My order arrived damaged — what do I do? +
We are so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- 📸 Photos of the damaged product
- 📦 Photo of the packaging
- 🧾 Your order number
How long does a refund take? +
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
What does earthiva mean? +
Earthiva comes from our founding belief — an ancient Sanskrit shlok:
meaning "Food from the Earth is the foundation of life."
- Earth = our source of ingredients
- Iva = Sanskrit for "like" or "in the manner of"
- Earthiva = like the earth itself — honest, nourishing and real.
Where are earthiva products manufactured? +
All our products are manufactured in FSSAI and USFDA approved facilities.
