ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days 
after payment confirmation. Orders placed on 
weekends or public holidays will be processed 
on the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES
Standard Delivery (Pan-India): 4-7 business days
Express Delivery (Select Cities): 2-3 business days
Local Delivery: 1-2 business days

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499
Flat ₹50 shipping on orders below ₹499

SHIPPING PARTNERS
We ship through trusted logistics partners 
including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and DTDC 
to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive 
a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. 
You can use this to track your order in real time.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 
up to 2 times. If delivery fails, your order 
will be returned to us. Please ensure someone 
is available at the delivery address.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or tampered, 
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery 
with photos at [your email] or WhatsApp 
[your number]. We will arrange a replacement 
at no extra cost.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- We currently ship only within India
- We are not responsible for delays caused 
  by courier partners or natural events
