Refund policy

Namaste! Thank you for shopping. Due to Perishable nature of food product, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges. Once food leaves our warehouse, it cannot be safely restocked.
However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.
1. Crucial Rules
  • 48-Hour Claim Window: You must report any delivery issues within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Photo/Video Proof Required: To request a refund or replacement, email: info@tryearthiva.in or WhatsApp: +91-7043224879 with your order number and a clear photo/unboxing video of the damaged box or incorrect items.
  • No Taste-Based Refunds: We do not offer refunds if you simply do not like the personal taste, flavor, or spice level of a snack.
  • Minor Crumbs are Normal: Because our snacks are baked and crispy, minor breakage or crumbs at the bottom of the pouch during transit are normal and do not qualify for a refund.
2. Valid Grounds for Help
We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund only if:
  • The external foil snack pouch is torn, punctured, or completely unsealed upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong flavor, pack size, or quantity.
  • The product arrived past its listed expiration date.
3. Cancellations
Orders can not be cancelled or modified once placed or handed over to our shipping partner, no changes or refunds can be issued.
